1. Purpose
The purpose, standardization of equipment operation and maintenance equipment, is to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and prolong lifespan, reduce maintenance costs and improve producing efficiency.
2. Scope of application
It only apply to equipment production line in the production of TPR/EVA/PVC/color mother/without anterior fontanelle cable/rubber high filling engineering material.
3. Special project
The special equipment operator and maintenance units shall not violate compasses operation, and they must be proficient in operating equipment to supervise irrelevant personnel who shall not touch broken equipment.
4. Operation conditions
(1) Open the power supply successively, and set temperature and look out heating attention whether is normal.
(2) Clean the hopper and other units, inlet and outlet of the water pipe, check the gear oil, engine oil, high temperature butter oil and lubrication condition. The new gear oil is changed once half a year. The moving parts should be added lubricating oil at least once a week.
(3) When it is close to setting temperature, the main motor should be started in turn preparing material.
(4) The extruder temperature must reach the setting temperature, cleaning materials or ingredients should be poured into feeding device. Then clean residue in the screw until the new material is extruded. Stop to extrude material and rapidly install filter plate and the die head. After closing die head, we need to start granulator main screw motor. The operator should be far away from the die head at this time until material extruded, in case of blocking die head to hurt people, and then close the dicing cover, connecting the blanking tool slide and lock.
(5) Besides above operations, we need to in turn open all fan > ; Vibrating screen >; dicing machine >; operation of the host.
(6)Adjust dicing machine by frequency control of motor speed. Cutter must be run before discharging machine kept turning. If we use the water spray dicing, diced cover must be watered before opening hosts for the official production.
(7) Start the host and adjust the frequency control of motor speed of host and dicing machine, and both of them must be cooperated well so that the number of particles can be maximized
(8) Suspend sequence of operation, in contrast to the boot production. Close the host drive, and then close the auxiliary power supply, finally clean die head rapidly, in case of the die cooling blocked (special note: per homework after suspending die orifice, discharge and filtering plate must be completely cleared to install production again, otherwise the die head will explode because of blockage. )
5. Matters need attention
(1) Ban communication between irrelevant personnel and equipment operators. Only a single person is allowed to operate button on electric control panel instructions.
(2) Wires circuit insulation should be tested periodically and heed the warning content on the warning sign in this machine.
(3) Before power distribution ark, it is forbidden to non-specialists opening cupboard door adjusting cutter before pelletizing machine is perfectly still.
(4) When moving parts and hopper are blocked, do not touch it with hand or iron, and can only use plastic stick carefully.
(5) When touching with high temperature parts, do not be burnt. When kneading machine is working, it is strictly prohibited for workers to visit barrels.
(6) We should cut off the electric circuit to clear out the stocking materials in face of blackouts. Carbonization can influence the next material production;
(7) When the machine is failure, we need to stop running the machine quickly, and notify the mechanics for troubleshooting and maintenance or their telephone guidance maintenance;
(8) Avoid all the destructive factors leading to machine broken and injury accident; operate machine strictly in accordance with the specification; reduce failure or accident.
