1. Screw operates normally, but not discharge
Reason: hopper doesn’t feed continuously; feed port is blocked by foreign bodies or have an "bridge"; metal hard thing falls into spiral groove, blocking screw groove, so it cannot feed normally.
Methods: increasing the feed to keep screw feeding at stable rate; excluding the foreign body to eliminate the phenomenon of "bridge" of material mouth; If metal foreign bodies surely fall into the spiral groove, it should immediately stop to dismantle the screw, moving metal foreign body.
2. The host does not run or halt instantaneously
Reason: the power of the main motor is not connected; the time to heat up is not enough; or one heater doesn't work, thus causing excessive torque motor overload.
Methods: check whether the host circuit is connected, connected to the power supply; checking paragraphs’ temperature display; confirming the preheat temperature time, checking whether the heater is damaged or have poor contact, and rule out.
3. Gas vent ejects material
Reason: the raw material is not clean enough with impurities; feeding is too fast to make the screw extrusion unstable; lacking enough plasticizing temperature leads to screw extrusion problem.
Methods: feeding clean raw material or replace filter; reducing the stable feed to smoothly extrude; improving plasticizing temperature (temperature is unfavorable and exorbitant, in case to burn plastic, affect the quality of production).
