1. We should place the equipment on mechanical ventilation to ensure dissipation of motor heat and prolong its life.
2. Cutter and screw are regularly checked. After machine’s running for one hour, tools should be used to tighten the moving blade, screw of stationary knife and the stability between blade and tool rest.
3, Bearing should be filled with lubricating oil at fixed period to ensure bearing’s lubricity.

6, When replacing knives, the better gap between knife and knife is over 0.8MM for over 20HP crusher, and below 0.5 MM is better for 20 HP crusher. If recycled material is thinner, the larger gap can be appropriately adjusted.
7, We need to check whether the belt is loose, and if so, it needs to be tightened timely.
8, Machine should maintain a good grounding.
The new machine is opened every 4 days. After the opening of broken material room, each blade nut needs retightening by wrench.
