Working Principle of PET Bottle Recycling Line

PET Bottle Recycling Line Working Principle:

1. The PET bottle is sent to the belt conveyor by the car or the clip truck, and the bottle brick wrapping wire is cut manually, and transported to the next bottle washing section by the belt conveyor.

2. Whole bottle cleaning section: PET bottles are transported into the bottle washing machine by the conveyor. PET bottles are cleaned according to the requirements of the bottle washing process. In the bottle washing process, the bottle washing machine undoes the flake bottle brick at the same time, and the bottle washing machine pre-washes the sediment and impurities in the PET bottle. The bottle washing section can also remove part of the PE label, paper label and part of the adhesive PVC label still remaining in the PET bottle. More importantly, after heating and pre-washing, the physical properties of PVC bottles change (compared with PET bottles, PVC bottles become milky or pale yellow). The control of the washing process and the addition of the cleaning solution are automatically carried out by the PLC computer.

3. Screening section. After manual screening section, the bottle body can remove heterogeneous bottles, PVC bottles, heterochromatic bottles, label debris and garbage in the PET bottle, and ensure that the cleaner PET bottle enters the next section.

4. PET bottle recycling machine adopts plastic crusher designed for PET bottle crushing. PET crusher has the characteristics of smooth feeding, stable output, low energy consumption, low vibration noise value, strong structure, low maintenance cost, long service life and so on. PET crusher uses the impact force of water to strengthen the cleaning effect of PET debris, and reduces the friction heat due to the cooling effect of water, reduces PET debris, and extends the service life of the tool.

5. Flotation washing, thermal washing, friction and rinsing are the final purification of PET bottle flakes, mainly relying on three washing forces: mechanical force, chemical force and heat, to remove the brand, bottle cap, glue, potion and other impurities in the bottle flakes.

6. Dewatering and finished product packaging, mainly dewatering and packaging the bottle pieces.
