PP jumbo bag recycling washing line is a professional recycling system designed for polypropylene PP woven bags, PP jumbo bag etc. Through efficient sorting, deep cleaning and regeneration processing, the waste woven bags are converted into high-purity PP recycled particles.

PP woven bag recycling line integrates modules such as automatic sorting, strong crushing, hot washing and label removal, rinsing and dehydration, and can handle waste woven bags with complex pollution such as oil pollution and printed labels, and realize the high-value recycling of resources.

PP Jumbo Bag Recycling Washing Line Process:

1. Pretreatment and sorting

Manually or mechanically remove foreign objects (such as metal buckles and thread ends) from the woven bags, and send them to the shredder through the conveyor belt to initially crush them into flake materials.

2. Strong crushing and friction cleaning

The flake materials are crushed twice by a high-speed crusher to form uniform fragments; then they enter the high-temperature friction cleaning machine to remove oil stains, labels and stubborn dirt through alkaline water and mechanical friction.

3. Rinsing and dehydration

After multiple rinses with clean water, the fragments enter the centrifugal dehydrator to remove the surface moisture, and then pass through the spiral feed dryer or hot air system to completely dry.

4. Melt granulation

After the dried PP jumbo bags are melt-extruded and filtered of impurities, they are cut into pellets through the die head to produce clean PP recycled particles, which can be directly used for injection molding or wire drawing.

PP jumbo bag washing line adopts a combination of high-temperature alkaline washing + mechanical friction process, which can remove more than 95% of the ink, glue stains and dust on the surface of the woven bag, and the purity of the recycled particles reaches more than 90%. PP jumbo bag recycling machine is equipped with a heat recovery system and a circulating water treatment device to reduce water, electricity and steam consumption and reduce the overall operating costs.
