Plastic compactor pelletizing machine is suitable for soft material, such as PP, PE film, bags. Plastic pelletizing machine combined the function of material cutting, compacting, and extruding.
The material go through transmission system, extrusion system, cutting system, cooling system and collect system will turn to be clean perfect pellets for reuse.
Plastic compactor pelletizing line adopts reasonable design, the production volume has also been greatly improved, the finished product performance-price ratio is higher, the maintenance time is reduced, so the maintenance cost of users is also reduced.
Plastic compactor pelletizing machine capability is from 80-600kg/h and specification can be made according to customer’s requirements.

Single Screw Extruder
Single screw extruder has high efficiency and low noise, Long use life and low maintenance cost.
Water Ring Pelletizing
Could achieve the uniform size for output pellets.
Vibration Dryer
Right side of the water will filter out most of the unqualified particles, the left side will filter out excessive spilled water impurities.
Silo
The function of the blower is to transport particles to the silo through stainless steel pipes.
Electrical Control Cabinet
All electrical units mounted in a strong safe electrical cabinet. Safety interlock principle applied in the system.
