Product Description
PE PP strand pelletizing line is suitable for recycling and pelletizing of raw materials such as PP, PET, PE, PS, ABS,PA, PVC, PC, POM, EVA, PMMA by replacing different screw and barrel mostly and pelletizing of the raw materials with different colors.
PE PP pelletizing machine adopts vacuum or common gas exhaust system, which fascinates getting rid of damp, waste gas, impurity, and ensure a more stable extrusion and more solid pellets. Special barrel design can assure better compounding effect so as to improve the problem of black point and chromatins.
PE PP pelletizing line is equipped with a force feeder and hydraulic screen changers according to material’s special character, can get a better capacity and save more power.
PE PP pelletizing machine capability is from 80-600kg/h and specification can be made according to customer’s requirements.

Filtration Unit
In this unit, some metal, wood, dust, paper and other impurities can be removed to get high quality output plastic melt.
Strand Type Pelletizing
The strip-shaped Melted plastic strands passes through the cooling water tank and is quickly cooled and solidified.
Vibration Dryer
Right side of the water will filter out most of the unqualified particles, the left side will filter out excessive spilled water impurities.
Silo
The function of the blower is to transport particles to the silo through stainless steel pipes.
Electrical Control Cabinet
All electrical units mounted in a strong safe electrical cabinet. Safety interlock principle applied in the system.
