Product Description
Due to the different recycling waste, the materials with a larger share are various kinds of plastic films with different quality, Yongzhi Machinery has developed one special PE PP film washing line according to that characteristics of the films for satisfying the needs of different users and for the preparation of next cleaning process.
PE PP film recycling line could be “L” or “U” shape according clients’ workshop. PE PP film washing line has features as high efficiency, working stable, large capacity etc.
The last moisture of film can be 3%-5%. Normally drying system moisture is about 10%-15%.
PE PP film washing line capability is from 200kg/h to 2000kg/h and specification can be made according to customer’s requirements.

Crushing the film/bags into small flakes, wet working with water.
High Speed Friction Washer
For mixed plastics with high contamination or persistent dirt, for instance, PET and film flakes.
Floating Washer
Washing out the floating caps, rings and dirty from the bottle flakes.
Horizontal Dewatering Machine
Remove the water from the bottle flakes.
Squeezer Machine
Squeezing and drying treatment is used to remove the moisture in the material with low packing density.
