Cleaning: The classified waste films are cleaned using the plastic film recycling line produced by our company to remove dust, oil and other impurities attached to the surface of the film. The cleaned film is purer and helps to improve the quality of recycled plastics.

Crushing: The cleaned waste plastic film is sent to the crusher for crushing and crushed into smaller particles or fragments. This process helps to reduce the volume of the plastic and facilitates subsequent melting and granulation.

Granulation: The waste film after crushing is sent to the plastic granulator, heated to a molten state, and then formed into continuous plastic strips through an extrusion die, and then cut into small particles, namely recycled plastic particles, by a cutting device. These particles can be used again to make plastic products.
