HDPE Bottle Recycling Line Composition
Belt Conveyor
Loading material into crusher machine. The speed adjustment by inverter to save energy.
Plastic Crusher
Crushing the film / bags into small flakes, wet working with water.
High Speed Friction Washer
For mixed plastics with high contamination or persistent dirt, for instance, PET and film flakes.
Floating Washer
Washing out the floating caps, rings and dirty from the bottle flakes.
Horizontal Dewatering Machine
Remove the water from the bottle flakes / film.
Squeezer Machine
Squeezing and drying treatment is used to remove the moisture in the material with low packing density.
