Float washing tank is used for washing the material and separated floating material and sink material by water. With special design, can separate the impurities and wash the various material.

This float washing tank will take advantage of the weight difference between the flakes and the dirties & the impurities and thus different gravity. It will float those impurities and dissolve those dirties with water. The flakes will sink down to the bottom of the tank, and transported into the next screw feeder with rotating bottom worm leaves.
