The agricultural film recycling washing line is a combination of mechanical equipment specially used to process waste agricultural plastic film (such as ground film and greenhouse film). Through sorting, cleaning, crushing and other processes, the seriously polluted waste agricultural film is converted into reusable plastic raw materials. The agricultural film recycling line usually includes core equipment such as conveyors, crushers, friction cleaning machines, rinsing tanks, dehydrators and granulators, which are suitable for large-scale treatment of agricultural film waste.

Agricultural Film Recycling Line Production Process:

1. Sorting and crushing: impurities (such as soil and straw) are initially sorted out manually or mechanically, and then the agricultural film enters the crusher through the conveyor belt and is cut into pieces.

2. Multi-stage cleaning: The fragments are softened by soaking in high-temperature alkaline water, and then the stubborn stains are removed by the friction cleaning machine, and finally enter the rinsing tank for washing with clean water.

3. Dehydration and drying: The washed fragments are dried by a centrifugal dehydrator, and the moisture content is further reduced by hot air drying.

4. Granulation and recycling: The dried plastic fragments are fed into the plastic granulator and processed into plastic granules, which can be directly used to produce new plastic products.

The agricultural film washing line significantly reduces soil pollution and carbon emissions caused by landfill or incineration of plastic waste, while converting waste into industrial raw materials and reducing the use of virgin plastic.
